Prints

Today I printed some recent fashion shots for the first time at a large scale, both as a 30x20inch format and I have to say, I’m wicked happy with the results. Next step will be working out framing options and then you ought to expect to see print sales of the alternative/gothic genre work through Voodoo Lulu.  I’m just started now on designing the front window inserts for the shop as well for branding and can’t wait to have those printed as well. Huge thanks to the wonderful crew at Digilab for their consistently PERFECT prints!  I won’t trust my prints to any other lab.

hrmmm zombies you say? & some after dark fashion in the CBD

by on Mar.13, 2009, under fashion, historial reenactment, nightclubs, wedding photography

They’re back!!! Once again zombies are about to take over Fortitude Valley for another night of madness. Club Blink has a zombie theme again tonight so I can safely assume I will rock up home tomorrow morning half covered in fake gore and with two full CF memory cards of undead undead undead. The hoard of living dead will arrive online at http://greenmantle.biz/BLINK once the images are processed.

I also got to grab some fashion shots in the CBD while visiting Faith Nightclub last weekend. Pictured below is Jess in a corset and some killer heels. Sorry, no brands to divulge, we were just aiming at an overall look to go with the great architecture at the top end of town.

New Job & storm pics

by on Oct.16, 2008, under fashion, lightning, new job, storms, thunder storm

I start a new job in 7 hours so I’d best make this quick and get in some sleep. Tonight we had a wonderful electrical storm and my shots are on http://www.greenmantle.biz/20081015storm/

Due to the ferocity of the storm and that my car was on the other side of town I didn’t make chase but instead enjoyed the view from my balcony.

As for the new job, it’s two weeks as fashion photographer for an online boutique and from then goes full time. More news soon. =)
